Return Policy – The Pact of Good Faith

At Duelers Guild, we stand by the honor of our trade. If a magical item (product) you receive does not match its description or arrives cursed (damaged/defective), we will gladly accept its return.

Returns:
Most new, unopened relics sold and fulfilled by Duelers Guild may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your gold (purchase price).
Should the error be ours (you received the wrong enchanted item, or one arrived damaged by goblins), we shall pay the return shipping as well.

Refund Policy – Restoration of Gold

Refunds are cast after we receive and inspect the returned item in our vaults.

Expect your gold to return within four weeks of handing your package to the local courier. In many cases, it will arrive sooner. This time includes:

• 5–10 business days for the courier’s return voyage

• 3–5 business days for the Guildmasters to inspect and process the relic

• The time your local bank takes to complete the transfer spell

We shall notify you by magical scroll (email) once your refund has been issued.

Privacy Policy – The Guild’s Vow of Secrecy

Duelers Guild is sworn to protect your personal scrolls and secrets. We only collect information needed to fulfill your orders and guide you through your journey.

What We Gather:
When you place an order or join a quest (promotion/contest), we may ask for:

• Your name, e-mail address, address, and payment info

• Your consent to receive enchanted scrolls (newsletters) about sales, quests, and magical announcements

When you shop online, you are automatically enlisted into our mailing list, sent through the powerful spell service of ConstantContact. You may opt out at any time—no dispel magic required.

How We Protect Your Information:

• We use a Secure Server Layer (SSL) to encrypt all your personal and financial data.

• All sensitive customer information is kept under strict magical lock and ward (digital security).

What About Cookies?
While some sites plant cookies in your travel pack, we do not use cookies to gather or store personal data. Your journey remains your own.

Sharing with Allies and Enforcement

Duelers Guild does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party warlocks or merchants. We may share general statistics (number of quests completed, popular artifacts) with reputable partners—but never anything personally identifying.

We may, in rare cases, disclose information if required to:

• Obey the King’s Law (legal compliance)

• Enforce our Guild Charter (terms and conditions)

• Protect the Guild’s sanctity, members, and allies
